Send to any registered patient — one or several at once — with no session and no QR. Push tool links (diary cards, homework, movement programs), a one-off message, or set a message to repeat on a schedule.

Who gets it
Loading registered patients…
Only patients who turned notifications on in their app appear here — the app registers them automatically.
2
What to send
Have the list as a document already? Open the Master Document Import tool — it reads the file, puts dated items on the calendar, and sets up recurring events. The paste box below is for quick plain lists only.
3
When
Arrives at that time in each patient's own timezone, whether or not their app is open. It stops on the end date, or when you delete it below.

If a send fails
Pick patients from the list — it shows the exact registered names, so there's nothing to mistype. "Not registered" means that patient hasn't turned notifications on yet. On iPhone, Life Lab must be added to the home screen for notifications to arrive. The full troubleshooting list is in Clinician Training.
