Reads a patient's LifeLab export and shows only their medication data: doses marked taken or skipped, symptom ratings over time, and their medication reaction log. The patient creates the export in their app under Home → Export and sends you the .json file.
Drop the patient's export here
or click to choose the .json file. Dropping a second file merges it with the first.
Push a check-in assignment
Sends the patient a code or QR. When they redeem it, this text appears under their Goals with automatic tracking, and any symptoms you type in the next step are added to their symptom list. Works with or without an export loaded.
Assigning goals: use the Insights & Goals tool's Assign Goals tab and pick Med Tracker as the modality. Goals can target symptom ratings, doses marked taken, or reactions logged, and progress counts automatically from the patient's check-ins. Adding symptoms to a patient's list: use the push button above. Pick Med Tracker as the tracking modality in the window that opens, and a field appears for comma-separated symptoms. They land on the patient's list when they redeem the code, labeled as added by you. What this page never does: nothing here reaches the patient's device except a push they redeem themselves. Loading an export only reads the file on this computer.
