The completed adult history form, the PAI, the HHQ, the intake note and the clinician’s own case answers go in. Out comes the differential read (what the record supports, what argues against it, what else could explain it, what still has to be asked), the structural read (level of organization, personality pattern, trauma layer), the medical contributors, the DSM-5-TR criteria each possibility does and does not meet, and an integrated treatment plan with a timeline. Every line points back to what produced it.
Case Workup never produces a diagnosis. It organizes what the patient reported so the clinician's reasoning has less to hold in working memory. Everything runs in this browser; the form is read locally and nothing is sent anywhere. One engine rule applies to every differential: it is never marked supported while three or more competing contributors are in the record. The clinical rules live in one block (the knowledge layer) so a clinician can change what a question informs without touching the engine.
